Each Real Patriot Shop item is custom made to order especially for you, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you.
The estimated delivery date takes 6 – 12 business days, but is not a guarantee. We consider the current order volume and our fulfillment capacity when calculating our estimated shipping time. An order might ship past its estimated shipping time due to delays with items being out of stock, issues with printing equipment, or other such delays.
Once your order is shipped you can click the order tracking link in your confirmation email to visit your order summary page for more information on the status of your order.
We work hard to meet our delivery estimates with each order, however if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us right away.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via email with a tracking link – check your spam folder just in case it got sent there, and then be sure to white list our email address to ensure you do not miss any important updates or unexpected changes to your delivery.
To see the delivery status of your order, click the tracking link to visit your order tracking page. You will be able to see the status of your item(s) in transit. You can also sign up for email tracking notifications to receive updates as soon as there is news about your shipment. So, to stay informed about shipment progress, add your email to the tracking page. *Please note: It can take 24 – 48 hours or more for tracking info to show up in a courier’s tracking system, whereby if there are no updates at first it does not necessarily mean the package is lost or not on the way. Also, the quality of tracking may differ between couriers.

Any changes in shipping address may require extra time for the package to be delivered.
There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender, including the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned by the end receiver, but most often it is due to an undeliverable address.

If your order has been returned back to us, we will contact you. We will ship the return back to you after confirming the address, however you will be responsible for the reshipment costs. Unclaimed returns get donated after 30 days.
Sorry about that! If your order is lost in transit, we will gladly send a replacement at no cost to you as part of our 30 Day Buyer Protection Guarantee. However, before doing so we may ask for your help confirming the shipping address was correct, and to double-check with the shipping courier to try locating the lost order.
To submit a claim, email your order number and expected delivery address to us no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If there is no inventory and we are unable to replace the order, we will provide a full refund back to your original form of payment you.
If the package was marked as delivered by the courier, but you have yet to receive it, we suggest you contact the courier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the delivery address (for example: “Left under chair on the back porch.”). Also, contact your local post office to see if it may be there.
In some cases, the tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive – sorry about that! When you contact the courier, they can check to see if this is the case with your package, and give you an updated status on delivery.
In other cases, packages may be stolen from your residence or delivery destination. In such cases, we are not able to provide any refunds and cannot resend another shipment. The risk of loss and title for items pass to the customer upon delivery to the courier. It is the customer’s responsibility to file any claim with a courier for a stolen shipment. We are not able to assist with filing claims with shipping couriers after a package has been delivered. The customer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping courier for stolen shipments.

We are not responsible for damage incurred by washing or natural wear and tear. For taking care of your clothes, we strongly suggest following the Care instructions found on the product page for each garment.
Sometimes, when unpacking a new shirt with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print there might be a vinegary smell or an off-white residue on the garment. Do not worry, that’s not unusual – it’s from a fixation agent applied during the printing process, and it’s not permanent. The fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.
Luckily, the odor you smell is just a temporary addition. Now that your product is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle. Any discolouration or off-white residue on your apparel are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle.
(!) If you receive a product with a vinegar-like smell or mark – please wash it before reporting a problem.
Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, inks used are water-based and eco-friendly. Neither the smell nor the residue is permanent, and both should go away after one wash.
Generally speaking, the same image on different screens may be displayed differently, which is the same situation for everyone. We make every effort to make sure our photos capture the actual state of the shirt as accurately as possible with the colours you see online, however due to the fact the actual colours you see will depend on your specific screen type and display settings, it therefore cannot be guaranteed your screen’s display of any colour you see will be accurate to the final product you receive.
As well, there are some types of direct-to-garment printing designs that can come out different than expected. That’s because for designs to be visible on all non-white items, we use a white underbase – a mix of white color and the color you added in your design. When printing on colourful or dark garments, a white underbase is used. The underbase is a mix of the intended colour and white. The underbase cancels out the dark or bright-colored garment, making the print colour stand out.
For direct-to-garment printing on clothing, we use Kornit Water-based and NeoPigment inks that are OEKO-TEX® certified. Oeko-Tex™ certification is one of the world’s leading labels for textile safety, and it proves the certified products are free from hazardous chemicals, which means they are safe to print on children’s clothing and reduce environmental waste. These inks provide a high washing colorfast AATCC rating of 4.
For sublimation printing on mugs, we use Sawgrass SubliJet HD ink, which is also Oeko-Tex™ certified.
Your custom-ordered items are made using direct-to-film (DTF), direct-to-garment (DTG) or sublimation printing. With DTF and DTG, the design is printed directly onto the product. With sublimation, the design is first printed with sublimation inks onto transfer paper, which acts as a sponge holding the ink until it is sent to a heat press where the design is transferred to the product. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
Well-trained fulfillment specialists overview each step of the production process to check quality while orders are being fulfilled, with a final quality check run after the item is completed. Once ready for shipping to you, the product is packaged in a post-consumer recycled (PCR) polymer mailer or cardboard box and handed over to a courier.
All Real Patriot Shop products are packaged in paper or plastic mailers or cardboard boxes. Depending on local supply availability, packaging can be made of recycled, partially recycled, or virgin materials. Whenever needed, we use clear mailers, tissue paper, foam pouches, or bubble wrap to protect products from breaking or scratching.
Textile products, including clothing, are generally packaged in eco-friendly post-consumer recycled (PCR) polymer mailers. If there’s more than one product, after putting each item in its own separate transparent polymer bag, we then place them all together in a PCR polymer mailer. Mugs are packaged in corrugated cardboard boxes.
PCR is a material made from everyday recyclables like plastic bottles, shopping bags, wrapping films and other containers. This saves raw materials, requires less energy for production and reduces the environmental impact plastic has on the planet. Our PCR plastic mailers are made from low-density polyethylene (LDPE), categorized as number 4-coded plastic. This material is recyclable, but number 4-coded plastic typically does not belong in an everyday recycling bin. Beware: If you recycle the wrong material in the wrong bin, it can contaminate the entire batch. In most places, plastic bags need to be taken to designated drop-off points. Please follow your local recycling guidelines or contact your local waste management service provider and ask for instructions on how to properly dispose of 4-coded plastic.
